How to make a claim

Report it
Tell us as soon as you can — ideally within 48 hours. Call your branch or our claims line, or message us on WhatsApp, with your policy number and a brief description of what happened.

Gather your documents
Collect the supporting documents for your claim type — a police report where required, photographs, receipts and your policy details. The requirements page lists exactly what you need.

File your claim
Complete the relevant claim form and submit it with your documents online, at any branch, or by email. We acknowledge every claim with a reference number.

Assessment and payment
Our claims team assesses your claim, arranges any inspection, and pays valid claims promptly — keeping you updated at every stage.
