Provident Insurance Company Limited (“Provident”, “we”, “us”) is a non-life (general) insurer regulated by the National Insurance Commission of Ghana. Our registered office is at Provident Towers, Ring Road Central, Accra. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

4. Indicative quotes
Figures produced by our online estimator are indicative only and are not a binding quote or contract of insurance. They help you plan; your final premium and terms are confirmed by a Provident agent based on the full details of your risk.
5. Lawful basis
We process your data under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), on the bases of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with our legal obligations under the Insurance Act, 2021 (Act 1061).
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with reinsurers, loss adjusters, regulators and service providers strictly as needed to underwrite cover, settle claims and meet our obligations. We require anyone who processes data on our behalf to protect it.

Under Act 843 you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
