Provident Insurance Company Limited joined Breast Care International (BCI) to host a free breast cancer screening and awareness exercise at Santasi in the Ashanti Region, reaching scores of women with education, clinical examinations and referrals.
The outreach combined practical screening with plain-language education on early detection — reflecting Provident's belief that protection begins long before a claim is ever made. Volunteers from the company's Kumasi branches supported the BCI medical team throughout the day.
"Our business is protecting people, and that does not stop at insurance policies," a Provident representative said. "Early screening saves lives, and we are proud to put our weight behind work that keeps families whole."
Provident thanked Breast Care International and the host community for their partnership, and reaffirmed its commitment to health-focused corporate social responsibility across the regions it serves.
